Return conditions

RETURN POLICY

Customers may return an order, in full or in part, for any reason and request a refund or exchange.
Customers may return any article purchased on Breficom.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returns are free of charge in Italy and all countries in the European Union. Returns can be made in two ways: via courier, following the instructions provided below, or by taking the article(s) back to one of our Breficom boutiques.

For Extra Cee orders, Customer must take care of the return in full, both for the shipment and for the payment of duties. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount of the item minus the outward shipping costs.


To return an order from EU, the procedure is as follows:

- The customer must make sure the products are in the same condition as they were when they were received. They must not be damaged, they must not have been worn or washed, and all labels that were on the items when they were delivered must be unaltered (shoe boxes are considered part of the product).

- The customer can return their items in the original box or similar packaging, making sure that the garment is carefully replaced and folded.

- The customer must write to EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE indicating the order number and the items they want to return. Within 4 working days of the request our Customer Care team will send an email containing all of the instructions for making a return.


Refunds

Refunds will be made once the package has been received and the condition of the returned garments checked. This process may take 14 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method with which the order was made.

For EU orders will be refunded the amount of the goods excluding shipping costs.

For Extra EU orders that have to manage the return in autonomy,the amount of the goods will be refunded excluding the expenses of the outward shipment.Please note that the customer will have to pay the duties directly to Customs before sending the package and also the shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer.
