Shipment
Your order will be shipped by The Clutcher, directly from the boutique to the address indicated by express courier (DHL, UPS or other primary couriers). As soon as your order is delivered to the courier, you will receive an email containing the shipping identification code to monitor the status of the shipment along the way. The shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.

VAT included
The price published in the product sheet is inclusive of local taxes (VAT) and corresponds to the final price to be paid. No further payment will be required upon delivery by courier.

Service returns
The return is free of charge for all European Union countries. Items can be returned within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Shipment will be arranged by The Clutcher and our Customer Care will take care of picking up the shipment free of charge. The return shipment must be made within 3 days from the date of authorization.
